We are a team of passionate Oral Health Therapists who believe we can make a difference within our communities and enter expanded boundaries for the good of the profession.
We hope to work alongside Oral Health Therapists to enhance and excel in yet-to-be ventured areas.

Representation
We are pleased to announce that the International Oral Health Association (IOHA) has recently been formed by these 5 countries: Australia, Indonesia, Malaysia, New Zealand and Singapore. The British Oral Health Association has also expressed its interest in this partnership.
As a budding Association, we strive to improve and promote Oral Health Therapy throughout the region.

Continual Education
The AOHT seeks to ensure continuous professional development remains a priority amongst our activities.
We organize oral health conferences/events for Oral Health Therapists and Dentists both locally and internationally, relevant to the current trends within the dental fraternity.

Community Outreach
"We make a living by what we get, but we make a life by what we give." -Winston Churchill
The Association is involved in various community outreach programmes to nursing homes and day-care centres. We educate caregivers, families of the elderly and the senior citizens themselves on how they can improvise oral hygiene care for the elderly. Our members also volunteer themselves to do Dental Screenings and simple scaling and polishing for those in the nursing homes.
Membership Schemes
We are actively recruiting members to make the
AOHT a more represented and stronger voice within the dental fraternity.
We've heard your responses for an Association to represent OHTs. We look forward to your continuous support toward the Association.

History
Started out as an Alumni consisting of less than 10 members from the Oral Health Therapy profession.
In 2014, the Alumnus started the Association for Oral Health Therapists (AOHT) Singapore.
We are honored to have more than 150 members to date. We have also received much support from the dental fraternity in Singapore.
There is much room to grow and we would appreciate your support for a life-long partnership with the AOHT.

What we do
We continuously aspire to be the "One voice representing OHTs" in Singapore by forging long-term partnerships with dental professionals and planning events for our fellow Oral Health Therapists. We seek your support to enhance the profession and establish ourselves within the dental fraternity as well as in the Healthcare sector locally.
