Dr. Kanokwan, CATT, has been dentist for the last 24 years. She faces the challenges of being both private dental clinic owner and the dentist through the changes in generation.
Her focus has shifted from pure curative treatment to how to help patient fixing their Oral health issue at the root cause in 2016. She began her works in developing Oral health promotion program that is practical and actionable in private-practice context. And it has been her focus and what she's known for since. Dr.Catt now has devoted herself in sharing and promoting her work to not only the dentists. But also Universities and conferences.

Associate Professor Wong Mun Loke is presently Vice Dean (Academic Affairs) where he oversees the planning, management and operationalisation of the Bachelor of Dental Surgery (BDS) programme. Mun Loke has been involved in dental education for close to two decades. With his interest in education, he is also involved in various aspects of developing and advancing higher education. He is presently a Fellow with the NUS Teaching Academy which aims to inspire and encourage excellence in teaching through professional development and regular engagements with fellow educator peers to exchange ideas and best practices in education. Regionally, Mun Loke is a Council Member of the South East Asia Dental Education Association (SEAADE).
After graduating with a Bachelor of Dental Surgery from NUS in 1998, Mun Loke pursued post-graduate training in Dental Public Health at Eastman Dental Institute, University College London where he graduated in 2001 with a Masters (with Distinction) in Dental Public Health. He also completed the Diploma in Dental Public Health, Royal College of Surgeons (England) in 2001. In 2011, he completed a Masters in Business Administration from NUS.
With his background in Dental Public Health, Mun Loke is actively engaged in the delivery of the undergraduate DPH curriculum. He also anchors the teaching of Behavioural Science in the BDS programme. His research interests span oral health promotion, preventive dentistry as well as public health issues related to enhancing the oral health of the geriatric population.
Prior to his present role in NUS, Mun Loke spent more than 10 years in the Health Promotion Board where he worked as a clinician in the School Dental Service and later oversaw youth health promotion as well as community-based adult health promotion strategies and initiatives.
